Join Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary’s Halloween Event
Bring your kids to Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary to participate in the annual Halloween celebrations. You will love that special Halloween family evening with the 2023 Fangtuary at dusk. The event runs from October 26 through October 28 and is open to everyone. It would also be best to dress up in the spookiest Halloween attire, considering it is Halloween.
Imagine going through all four Fangtuary Zones dressed as The Addams Family or characters from Hotel Transylvania. Keep in mind that each zone has a tick-or-treat station and a theme. Make sure to trick-or-treat before moving on to the next venue. Every site also offers a wide range of attractions and activities. Each includes performances and various forms of entertainment.
- Zone 1: Haunted House
- Zone 2: Jurassic Alley
- Zone 3: Wild Asylum
- Zone 4: Zombie Swamp
At the Sanctuary Markets, you may refuel with a meal and a drink if you feel low on energy. You may have a tasty street food feast with a variety to pick on Friday from 4 to 9 p.m. The Sanctuary Café, which features food vendors, pop-up bars, and other treats, will be open on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday if you’re going during that time.
If you want some weekend downtime, consider visiting a neighbouring park, like the Palm Beach Parklands. Your children will enjoy playing pirates, exploring interactive panels, and using ropes to swing from the ship’s hull, traverse rope bridges, climb rope ladders, or go down the enormous slide at The Pirate Park. Kids can also use the flying fox, walk the board, and pretend to fire cannons. Your children’s imaginations will soar.
But that is not all! Children will adore Justins Park as well. There are plenty of available park benches and picnic tables. Have fun, and pack a picnic. Kids will like the playground’s exciting attractions like swings, slides, climbing structures, a balance beam, and a rotating teacup.
