SWELL Sculpture Festival 2021

10 days of awe-inspiring sculpture art on Currumbin Beach

SWELL Festival is back for its 19th event, and you can relax nearby with our Currumbin Beach accommodation at the Isle of Palms Resort.

Have you attended SWELL Sculpture Festival before? It’s one of the Gold Coast’s most attended annual events, pulling in over 250,000 visitors each year.

SWELL Sculpture Festival is an event like no other, which transforms Currumbin Beach Gold Coast into a giant outdoor art gallery of eye-catching sculptures from local, national and international artists.

It’s FREE to attend, and this year it’s celebrating 19 years!

Simply head to Currumbin Beach during the 10-day festival to marvel at over 65 contemporary sculptures – some small, some large, but all equally thought-provoking and fascinating.

There will also be more to see at the SWELL Smalls Gallery at Dust Temple, plus guided twilight walks, artist talks and artist-led workshops for budding artists and sculptors. The full program is set to release this month (July)!

All in all, SWELL Sculpture Festival 2021 is not to be missed by all ages, FREE to attend from September 10 to September 19.
